• 1.

  สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับผู้ถือบัตร PLANET SCB ของธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ผู้ถือบัตร”) และเปิดใช้บัตร (Activate card) เรียบร้อยแล้ว รับฟรี! บัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองที่สนามบินทั่วโลก กับ DragonPass เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตร PLANET SCB ในช่องทางออนไลน์ หรือผ่านเครื่องรูดชำระเงิน (EDC) ด้วยสกุลเงินต่างประเทศ สกุลเงินใดก็ได้ เทียบเท่าเป็นเงินบาทตั้งแต่ 20,000 บาทขึ้นไป/รอบระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย

• 2.

  ระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2567 – 31 พฤษภาคม 2568 โดยจะแบ่งรอบระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย ที่คำนวณยอดใช้จ่ายและแลกสิทธิ์ ดังนี
      ● รอบที่ 1 ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2567 - 31 สิงหาคม 2567
      ● รอบที่ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2567 - 30 พฤศจิกายน 2567
      ● รอบที่ 3 ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2567 - 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568
      ● รอบที่ 4 ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2568 - 31 พฤษภาคม 2568

• 3.

  สงวนสิทธิ์ 1 บัตร / 1 ท่าน /รอบระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย (สูงสุดรวม 4 สิทธิ์ / บัตร / ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย)

• 4.

  จำกัด 1,600 สิทธิ์/รอบระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย และรวม 6,400 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย โดยผู้ถือบัตรสามารถตรวจสอบการแลกสิทธิ์ได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://planetscb.dragonpass.com

• 5.

  ผู้ถือบัตร จะสามารถแลกสิทธิ์ได้หลังจากที่ร้านค้าทำ Settlement (สรุปยอดรายการขาย) แล้ว 7 วันทำการขึ้นไป เช่น ผู้ถือบัตรทำรายการรูดชำระเงินที่ร้านค้า ในวันที่ 1 มิ.ย. 67 โดยร้านค้าทำ Settlement ในวันที่ 14 มิ.ย. 67 ผู้ถือบัตรจะสามารถตรวจสอบ/แลกสิทธิ์ได้ในวันที่ 26 มิ.ย. 67 เป็นต้นไป

• 6.

  ผู้ถือบัตร PLANET SCB สามารถแลกรับสิทธิ์ โดยกรอกรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องในหน้าแลกของรางวัล เมื่อแลกสิทธิ์สำเร็จ DragonPass จะส่งบัตรเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองที่สนามบินผ่านทาง SMS และ E-mail ที่ผู้ถือบัตรลงทะเบียนไว้ โปรดศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม https://info.scb.co.th/Retail_Segment/PLANET_CARD/DragonPass.jpg

• 7.

  ผู้ถือบัตรต้องใช้สิทธิ์ ภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568 หลังจากพ้นระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได

• 8.

  การเทียบยอดใช้จ่ายสกุลเงินต่างประเทศเป็นเงินบาท จะคำนวณโดยใช้อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศจาก Visa ณ เวลาที่ทำรายการ ยอดค่าใช้จ่ายที่นำมาคำนวณจะใช้เฉพาะรายการที่ร้านค้าทำ Settlement แล้วเท่านั้น ไม่รวมรายการที่รอดำเนินการหรือ ยังไม่ได้เรียกเก็บเงิน

• 9.

  ในการเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองในสนามบิน ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องแสดงบัตรเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองที่สนามบินที่ร่วมรายการแบบดิจิทัล ( SMS หรือ E-mail ) พร้อมกับหนังสือเดินทางและตั๋วเครื่องบิน ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องรับรองเพื่อตรวจสอบการใช้สิทธิ์ การใช้ห้องรับรองเป็นไปตามกฎและนโยบายของแต่ละห้องรับรองที่เข้าร่วม สำหรับความพร้อมในการให้บริการของห้องรับรองขึ้นอยู่กับความจุของห้องรับรองที่เข้าร่วม และอาจไม่พร้อมให้บริการในกรณีที่มีผู้ใช้จำนวนมาก โปรดตรวจสอบกับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเข้าใช้บริการ โดยผู้ถือบัตรสามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อห้องรับรองในสนามบินที่เข้าร่วมได้ที่ https://planetscb.dragonpass.com

• 10.

  ระยะเวลาในการเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองที่สนามบินเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ห้องรับรองแต่ละสนามบินจะกำหนด หากใช้เกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ผู้ถือบัตรต้องรับผิดชอบและชำระค่าใช้บริการเพิ่มตามอัตราที่ห้องรับรองของสนามบินแต่ละแห่งกำหนด

• 11. 

  สิทธิพิเศษนี้ไม่สามารถโอนให้แก่ผู้อื่น หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือสิ่งอื่น และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้ หากมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องรับรองสนามบิน ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่มเติ

• 12. 

  ธนาคารมิได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต และ/หรือ การให้บริการ และ/หรือ การจำหน่าย และ/หรือ นำเข้า และ/หรือ การจัดส่งสินค้า และ/หรือ บริการ ธนาคารจึงไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในกรณีสูญหาย เสียหาย บุบสลาย ชำรุด บกพร่อง และ/หรือ ในเหตุอื่นใดอันเกิดขึ้นกับสินค้าหรือบริการดังกล่าว และ/หรือ กรณีที่ผู้บริโภคได้รับความเสียหายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น และหากมีปัญหา หรือข้อสงสัย กรุณาติดต่อ สอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ของ DragonPass : https://en.dragonpass.com.cn/about/contact

• 13. 

  ธนาคาร และ Dragon Pass ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนด รายละเอียด สิทธิประโยชน์ และยกเลิกรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนการมีผลใช้บังคับ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุจำเป็นอื่นที่ไม่อาจแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ ธนาคารจะแจ้งให้ทราบโดยเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่สามารถทำได้ และในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทให้ถือคำตัดสินของธนาคารและ Dragon Pass ที่สุด

• 1.

  This special privilege provides PLANET SCB cardholders ("Cardholders") who have already activated their cards with a free DragonPass worldwide airport lounge access card when spending at least 20,000 baht in a foreign currency using their PLANET SCB card during the promotion period on online or EDC channels.

• 2.

  The promotion runs from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025 with the calculation of spending and redemption divided as follows:
      ● Round 1 between June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
      ● Round 2 between September 1, 2024 - November 30, 2024
      ● Round 3 between December 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025
      ● Round 4 between March 1,2025 – May 31, 2025

• 3.

  Limited to one card per person per round (maximum 4 entries per card throughout the promotion period)

• 4.

  Limited to 1,600 offers per round or a total of 6,400 offers throughout the promotion period. Cardholders can check redemption at the website: https://planetscb.dragonpass.com.

• 5.

  Cardholders will be able to redeem rights after the store has made settlement (summary of sales transactions) for 7 or more business days. For example, the cardholder made a payment swiping transaction at the store on 1 June 2024 by The store will make settlement on 14 June 2024. Cardholders will be able to check/redeem their rights on 26 June 2024 onwards.

• 6.

  PLANET SCB cardholders can redeem the benefit by providing relevant details on the redemption page. Upon successful redemption, DragonPass will deliver the airport lounge access card via the registered SMS and e-mail address. • 7.

  Cardholders must take advantage of the privilege by August 31, 2025. The privilege will no longer be valid after the specified period.

• 8.

  The conversion of foreign currency spending amounts to baht will be based on Visa's exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Not included in the calculation will be any pending transactions or amounts that have not yet been charged.

• 9.

  In order to gain access to an airport lounge, cardholders must present the SMS or e-mail they received, along with their passport and flight ticket, to the lounge personnel for verification. The use of lounges is subject to the policies and regulations of each participating lounge. The availability of lounges is contingent on the capacity of the participating lounges and may be unavailable in the event of a large number of users. Before using the service, please verify with the staff. The list of participating airport lounges can be viewed at https://planetscb.dragonpass.com.

• 10.

  The duration of access to airport lounges varies according to each airport lounge. If used beyond the specified time period, the cardholder is responsible for additional service fees at the same rate as charged by each airport lounge.

• 11. 

  This privilege is not transferable, redeemable for cash or other items, or combinable with other discounts or promotions. If additional fees are incurred in an airport lounge, the cardholder is accountable for covering the difference.

• 12. 

  Since SCB is not involved in the production and/or provision of services and/or distribution and/or import and/or delivery of goods and/or services, it is not liable for any loss, damage, defect, or other reason arising with such goods or services and/or if the consumer suffers any damage whatsoever. • 13. 

  SCB and DragonPass reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions, details, and privileges of this promotion, as well as terminate it, by providing 7 days' notice prior to the effective date. In the event of a dispute, SCB and DragonPass's decision shall be final.
